Trump is setting a precedent. Everything illegal act he carries out without consequences is will serve as an argument for every future president that they are within their rights to break the law. We may as well formally change policies and patois. I, who have no established function to do so, proclaim the “lame duck period” henceforth shall be called the days of pardons and firings.
In other words, the certified assclown (in-chief) whose certification has expired, needs to have his squirting flower and honker confiscated because otherwise, every future assclown (in-chief) will be able to say: “He did it, so I’m doing it.”
Rumor has it that since announcing to the world “there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud.” Attorney General Bill Barr has been given his walking papers. (Watch that door on your way out.) No one will miss him. Be that as it may, he has been afforded an opportunity, rare in this Twitter firing administration, to save face by feigning contemplation and then after a predetermined time, tendering his resignation.
Trump’s attempts at an authoritarian coup are not going well. His numerous filings of lawsuits aimed at overturning election results have only humiliated him more.
I’d laugh because he deserves bad things, but his bruised ego, fear of imprisonment, and sociopathy are a dangerous mix. The tubby-tyrant holds the nuclear codes and if he ever paid attention during his national security briefings, he could sell information to his authoritarian leader crushes.
Meanwhile, he has busied himself by continuing his trend of pardoning criminals; General Flynn is the latest among his controversial choices. He has moved on to grooming us for his next set of pardons. By repeatedly discussing the possibility, he is normalizing the idea that pardoning himself and his family- all of whom are innocent of all crimes committed, is acceptable.

As a preemptive strike, Trump says he needs to pardon himself as a preemptive effort to stop the vindictive Joe Biden’s plans to ‘trump up charges’ against the family because…🤔… he’s mean.
I have to admit that lately, I’ve tuned Trump out. He has become irrelevant. But maybe not so much. He is still a threat to national security. I don’t think it’s safe to ignore him yet.
Ivanka was deposed for several hours last week, questioned about Trump Hotel price gouging and fleecing the RNC. She attempted to garner public support on Twitter, claiming that to question her theft was ridiculous.
The Attorney General for the District of Columbia District begged to differ in the same venue. I believe him because he has receipts, literally.
While thousands of Americans succumb to the C-19 virus, Trump occupies his time agitating racist hate groups. He has been an inspiration to domestic terrorists for years and he has done nothing to change that legacy. It is safe to say he promotes violence against those he is prejudiced against, as well as those people whose fealty to him didn’t subjugate their conscience. This is nothing new, but he’s kicked up his call to arms.
His former campaign advisor, Steve Bannon, recently called for the beheading of virologist Dr. Fauci and FBI Director Christopher Wray. Fauci and his family had already been on the receiving end of death threats. Now he requires 24-hour protection from impressional gun-owning far-right-wing crazies.
There was backlash against diGenova for his words. He responded by claiming it was a joke. Ha ha. Statements such as that one, despite diGenova’s minimalization, have an irrevocable effect. Aside from inspiring death threats, they discourage others from speaking out. That is likely the desired outcome. Authoritarian regimes retain control using the same tactics. Trump is running out of ideas and may have Putin on speed dial. Try as he might, Trump won’t pull off a coup, but he will do as much damage as he can on the way out.
Trump has recently directed his anger toward election officials in Georgia who did not deem to change the results of a recount. Trump lost Georgia, and each time they count ballots he loses Georgia again. How someone whose approval rating never rose above 41% expects to win an election is simple. Trump is a lifelong cheater, but this time he didn’t cheat enough to overcome the votes cast by a record number of Americans inspired by his antics.
As one would expect from today’s GOP, no one has spoken out against Trump’s divisive rhetoric.

That guy is a class A moron. He should be drawn and quartered. Taken out at dawn and shot.”

‘It Has to Stop’ ~Gabriel Sterling
For whatever reason, Republicans are afraid to speak out against Trump. Not Gabriel Sterling, a voting system official in Georgia, who held several press conferences criticizing Trump for his words that have led to threats of violence against Georgia state employees. Sterling went further, condemning all politicians who maintain silence on the matter. As wonderful as Sterling’s words were to hear, they didn’t inspire the GOP to change.

As sterling warned: “someone is going to get killed.” There lies the problem. Donald Trump likes it when people get killed.
Trump ignored it when Russia put bounties on American soldiers in Afghanistan.
Trump and his Attorney General Bill Barr have ramped up federal executions. Why would he do that? A Biden administration spokesperson said: “The president-elect opposes the death penalty, now and in the future, and as president will work to end its use.” They’re killing people for spite.
Today’s breaking news has exposed more intentional harm by the Trump administration. Officials said no this summer when Pfizer offered to sell the U.S. more coronavirus vaccine doses. Now Pfizer may not be able to provide more doses to the U.S. until next June.

It’s safe to say that Donald Trump is a sadist. He enjoys the suffering of others. The U.S. Border Patrol, which had carried out Trump’s policy of separating families was ordered to reunite them in June of 2018. Approximately 600 children have yet to be reunited with their families.
A federal judge recently assigned legal advocates to take over the task, and perhaps the realization that Trump’s reign is ending, and they will be held accountable for their actions was enough to prompt the agency to find the information they have claimed they didn’t have since 2017. They handed over new data phone: numbers and addresses that could have reunited these families sooner.
“Everyone’s been asking whether the Trump administration has been helping to find these families. Not only have they not been helping, but they have been withholding this data forever,” Lee Gelernt, deputy director of the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, told NBC News.
