“I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI” ~ Trump December 2017

As anticipated, Trump has issued a pardon on behalf of his first National Security Advisor, General Mike Flynn. You may remember Flynn pleaded guilty to a felony count of willfully and knowingly making false statements to the FBI.

This pardon is right out of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol because that ended with a cooked goose. It is premature for Mike Flynn to be thankful that he was rewarded for his loyalty in the form of lies and silence, not only because this pardon has stripped him of his right to plead the 5th, but also because former Special Counsel Robert Mueller wisely withheld charges from those indicted during his investigation. By doing so he left the door open for State charges which are exempt from Trump’s pardon. Trump’s predictability may be his downfall.
Flynn has committed far more crimes than those for which he was indicted. Not only was he involved in Russia’s interference in the 2016 election, but he was a co-conspirator in a plot to kidnap a Turkish cleric. He also failed to register as a foreign agent.

Because of Attorney General Bill Barr.
Flynn, Stone, and perhaps soon Paul Manafort should hold off on their celebrations.
“This election has to be turned around.” ~Trump’s words, phoned into a GOP election hearing in Pennsylvania, show that he has not reconciled himself to his loss. This is our notice that more shenanigans are to come.
Meanwhile, the city of El Paso, Texas has retained legal counsel to collect an outstanding debt of $570,000 incurred by the Trump campaign during his 2019 rally. Good luck with that; please wait at the end of the line.
Geraldo Rivera with Al Capone’s vault is like Trump’s participation in the Covid19 vaccine~ empty, overhyped, and disappointing.
“I had an idea … with the world so divided and everyone telling me, ‘He’s gotta give up’ and ‘Time to leave’ … why not name the vaccine ‘the Trump?’ You know, make it like ‘Have you got your Trump yet?” ~Geraldo Rivera suggests that the coming C19 vaccine be named after Trump, as a show of our appreciation of his efforts in fighting the virus.
This might be a good time to point out that the scientists who developed the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine are a Turkish-German power couple who did not accept U.S. funding because they didn’t want the vaccine to be used to line Trump’s pockets.

Rivera called Trump the “prime architect of Operation Warp Speed,” the federal government’s program to develop and distribute a vaccine in record time.

Although he would take full credit for a vaccine, Trump has stated, he takes “no responsibility at all,” for deaths related to C19, now numbered at 250,000 in the U.S. A majority of those deaths could have been avoided if we’d had leadership in the early days, rather than constant claims that the virus was not serious and an example from the top that implied masks were unnecessary.

This week the Dow surged past 30,000, for the first time in history. Of course, bankruptcy boy wants credit for that too. In a way, he is responsible for the market surge. The spike was in response to news that the transition process from the 45th nightmare to the 46th correction has begun. President-elect Joe Biden’s team will be provided the critical resources and information that will allow them to hit the ground running on January 20, 2021.
President-elect Joe Biden is in talks with New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to garner insight on her management of the Covid-19 outbreak. The U.S. has now exceeded 12 million cases as we head into the holiday season.

Pardon the turkey and let the jackass pardon himself: Back to Flynn’s pardon, it is a milestone that signifies the beginning of the end of a corrupt administration. The culmination will likely be a blanket self-pardon. State charges are not purged with pardons. It is hard to be optimistic that justice will prevail, but the state of New York does have enough on Trump regarding his criminal business dealings to arrest him on January 20.

The Economist credited the high Dow to the Biden appointments. Especially Janet Yellen, who is widely regarded as both wise and savvy enough to guide policy, a change from when it fell last week because of the Munchkin.

I have heard that the pardon’s can be over turned, but I can’t remember where I heard that from, lol. Because as it states above in your past, there still has to be legitimate reasons to pardon someone. You can’t just pardon people, “willy nilly”.

Yes, this could end up in court and be voided. Let’s hope it happens!
