“How about kids instead of looking to someone else to solve their problem, do something about maybe taking CPR classes or trying to deal with situations that when there is a violent shooter [so] that you can actually respond to that?” ~Rick Santorum
A quote by this CNN commentator
Who’s a former GOP legislator
Gave me a thought,
Was he also bought,
By the NRA, to fight demonstrators?
YES👇🏼
He suggests students should pass their time
On CPR, not protesting crime
He’s an NRA whore
Who’d prepare kids for war
Arm them all, if it made him a dime
Marco Rubio stepped into the mix,
In the US Senate, he ranks number six
In bribes— at what cost?
Credibility— lost
As is his brand of US politics
Thoughts and prayers sent right back to you
Rubio who defends Amendment 2
Over freedom of speech
He has nothing to teach
Parkland teens, this fight’s long overdue
Both Santorum and Rubio
Sold their souls for cash long ago
To protect guns, not crowds
The NRA’s proud
How they’re tax exempt, I’d like to know

I think the dinosaurs may be underestimating today’s youth. Their responses to the kids activism is surreal. CPR?
Thrilled to see that young people are being active; it gives me hope for the future.

So well said! I suppose since gun culture has been become a bonafide religion for many Americans, the NRA slides–just like the slimy scum they are–right under that banner. I wrote about Santorum’s idiotic comments this week as well if you have time to stop by. Thanks for posting this!
