SCOTUS tells us they’re pausing “to examine” the lower court’s decision to safeguard our elections from Trump’s interference. Why would they do that?
The six conservative Supreme Court justices exposed their treasonous predilections with yesterday’s decision to consider Trump’s attempt to suppress your right to vote. They want to help Trump rig the election because they know they’ll be held accountable for their corruption if Democrats win the majority. Democrats will expand the Supreme Court to 13 to match the number of U.S. courts of appeals. This will disempower the most amoral among the Justices. It will also allow Congress to impeach those whose decisions were swayed with bribes.
Liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was one of the three dissenting justices. She rejected the majority decision, saying it is “enabling an effort to create chaos before November’s vote.”
States are already preparing to send mail-in ballots to voters; they’re just weeks away from doing so. This SCOTUS “pause” by design is strategic. They’ll wait to make their final decision until it is too late for states to appeal and save the 2026 midterms from Trump’s unconstitutional interference.

They insist we shouldn’t overreact to their preliminary decision. They have done this before, with ROE. It is a red flag.

Likewise, the GOP Congress is protecting their secrets. The DOJ is refusing court orders to release unredacted Epstein documents and is appealing rulings that mandate their disclosure. Donald Trump’s name appears in the Epstein files more times than Jesus is mentioned in the Bible.

The Constitution gives states the power to run their elections. Contact your state officials and ask them to take preemptive action and to refuse to follow unconstitutional federal orders. Support the ACLU and the League of Women Voters; both are suing to stop the order and protect our voting rights.
