“I feel so badly for him that he’s going through this. I feel so badly for him. This is not a man that deserves this.” ~Donald J Trump
Brett Kavanaugh, lied under oath to become a federal judge. He lied UNDER-OATH five more times, with hopes of joining the Supreme Court of the United States.
Next week we will see the Senate Judiciary Committee question him again, this time about allegations of sexual assault brought by a very credible victim.
Who believes Kavanaugh will decide this is the right time to start telling the truth? What is the point of swearing him in if there are no consequences for his perjury?
“What happens at Georgetown prep, stays at Georgetown prep. That’s been a good thing for all of us…” ~Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Columbus School of Law, 2015
Once a frat boy, always a frat boy.
“I’m impressed with Kavanaugh & can’t imagine “the horror of being accused of something like this.” ~Senator Bob Corker (R/Tennessee)
Orin Hatch (R/Utah) doesn’t believe rape is cause for keeping a man off the SCOTUS.
Senator Lindsey Graham (R/NC) wonders who paid for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s $300 polygraph test.
During last week’s Senate Confirmation Hearing Senator Lindsey Graham (R/N.C.) wasn’t curious enough to ask Kavanaugh who paid his $200,000 credit card debt.
Senator Lisa Murkowski (R/AK), who demanded Senator Al Franken resign over allegations of sexual harassment, has not requested Brett Kavanaugh remove himself from the SCOTUS nomination over allegations of sexual assault.
I’d hate to have someone ask me what I did 35 years ago.~ Senator Chuck Grassley:

Bloomberg has reported six Senate Democrats “are seeking a court order compelling the National Archives and Records Administration to turn over documents regarding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s work under President George W. Bush.”
Speaking of W…
“Laura and I still support Kavanaugh.” ~George W Bush, the former least popular president in US history
The six Democrats are also requested information from the CIA and the FBI.
The initially request for all the documents was made on August 8.
97% of Brett Kavanaugh’s records still remain sealed. Why does there have to be legal action taken to follow the normal process of judicial confirmation?
Senators Jeff Flake and Susan Collins have both now said, on the record, that if (the accuser) Professor Ford’s account, is believed, “it would be disqualifying.” If two of the 51 Republican Senators vote no, along with the 49 Democrats, Kavanaugh is out of the running.
There was another person in the room during that party when the assault allegedly took place. He allegedly helped push her into the room, locked the door, and turned up the music, so her screams wouldn’t be heard. Mark Judge has refused the request to testify.
He will now be subpoenaed.
I’ve saved the most disturbing for the end of this post. An essay by a woman who knew the group of frat boys Kavanaugh was a part of.

The Senate Judiciary Committee has formally postponed the vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination.
I hope that essay read into the record of any investigation and/or hearing!

I hope so too. It doesn’t seem to be getting any attention though.

I am glad that the woman wrote the essay. I wish there was some way to show support for Ms. Ford.
What is happening to Mr. Kavanaugh is nothing compared to what happened to her. He is obviously a disgusting excuse for a member of the human race…as are the hypocrites protecting him. The perjury alone should have had him disqualified.

Any suffering he feels is self inflicted. It’s no wonder more people haven’t come forward. The talking heads on the news went from dismissing her to saying she’s confused. Now she’s getting death threats.
She is victimized again for coming forward.

These people are unhinged, BK isn’t worth the effort they are expending on him.
If he had any honor he would withdraw…but then if he had any honor he wouldn’t have committed perjury…or attempted rape.

Same old story, right? It’s time we rewrite it.
