Simplecast — Let your voice be heard

Trump could not find an attorney to represent him in Miami today. Why? I wonder… could it be because:
- He doesn’t pay.
- He doesn’t shut-up, despite being advised to do so.
- His lawyers need to hire their own lawyers.
Answer: all of the above.
This afternoon’s proceedings were rumored to be in jeopardy due to the lack of counsel, but there are remedies:

- He could request a public defender (he has no real money)
- He could represent himself, (he’s been in courtrooms often enough to know how it’s done)
- He could bring in another attorney who he has on retainer.
He chose door number three.
What to expect today?
Reporters have said there will be no perp waddle. Our future chief-inmate-45 will enter through an underground parking entrance closed off to news media. The misguided, and those looking for a cause to bear arms, but not brave enough to join the military won’t be satisfied.

We already have a replacement for the 1/6 goat-boy in flag-poncho-man. Notice the pig head on a spike. The spike wouldn’t be allowed through airport security, so it has no place in front of a courthouse.

I’m surprised these threats haven’t been shut down because this is outside the parameters for free speech protected by the 1st Amendment.

Trump will be “formally” (will he wear the Tux he wore to meet the queens?) charged with 37 felonies by the Federal Government, including Espionage.
In my humble opinion, considering Trump’s tendencies to incite violence and the proof they must have of espionage, they should hold him without bail. I wouldn’t bet on it, but stranger things have happened.
Despite my opinion, the adjudicated sexual offender, twice impeached, election interfering, Justice obstructing, pathological liar, will be (according to Nikki Manage’s cousin) released on bond, pending trial.

He faces charges in GA in July or August, and the January 6 criminal investigation by the DOJ is ready and waiting for him in DC.
He is the front-runner to be the Republican Nominee for President in 2024. This is proof the Party can’t be redeemed.
Trump is looking at a potential 400-year sentence. This is one of many indictments coming at him.

Jack Smith…

has indicated his intention to expedite this process.
And one of Trump’s attorneys is not licensed to practice in Florida. How’s that gonna work? I guess he can just wave his tiny hands and license her! Or think it. Whatever. 😉😂
He’s so dumb. Now Jack Smith ‘planted’ evidence in the boxes. Don’t you know Trump was so probably so darn proud of himself for thinking of ‘boxes hoax.’ He probably thought it rhymed.

They really should have a film crew inside to document this historic and comedic event.
