The song on replay in my mind this morning is ‘Cell Block Tango’ composed by John Kander, Fred Ebb, from Bob Fosse’s musical “Chicago.” Why am I thinking about this song?
Well, it’s because I just read about a film, a “secret documentary” about SCOTUS Brett Kavanaugh and how the FBI ignored 4500 tips, regarding the blackout drunk frat-boy’s treatment of women.
By ignoring those tips, the FBI conspired to bury Kavanaugh’s sexual assault allegations, and that cemented his lifetime appointment as a Supreme Court Judge.
The film just premiered at Sundance.

The film, ‘Justice,’ includes conversations with some of those whose FBI tips were neglected. And there are further revelations about Brett Kavanaugh’s history… he’s going to need a bigger beer.

Another documentary in the works focuses on Kevin McCarthy’s designated chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Republican Jim Jordan. During his time as coach with the Ohio State wrestling team he failed to act when several of the young athletes asked him for help. They were victims of sexual assault by the team doctor. That story is now in production, green lighted by HBO, and produced by George Clooney. I am looking forward to accountability.
