A far-right wing, dark money organization, the Federalist Society, hand-picked the Supreme Court majority we have today. “Control the women” is at the top of their to-do list. The five justices who voted to overturn Roe lack the basic neutrality that makes a fair judge:
Justice Alito, the SCOTUS who penned the leaked letter that threatens women’s autonomy, cites Sir Matthew Hale, a 17th-century jurist who said husbands can’t be prosecuted for raping their wives. Hale is also notorious for sentencing women to death as “witches.” The Salem Witch Trials, like Justice Alito, cited Hale’s opinions in their convictions. Hale despaired changes he saw in young women, writing, “And now the world is altered: young gentlewomen learn to be bold” and “talk loud.” I think it’s fair to call Alito a misogynist.

Justice Kavanaugh, a drunk frat-boy sexual predator who committed perjury repeatedly during his confirmation hearings. Misogynist? I think so.
Justic Amy Coney Barrett, A religious zealot handmaiden who believes babies are a commodity we are low on, lied about her Roe agenda during her confirmation hearing. She was nominated before her predecessor was buried. In response to Alito’s letter Justice Barrett said abortion must be illegal because we have a shortage in our “domestic supply of infants.” The Federalist society molded her.

Neil Gorsuch, took the spot that, by all reasonable accounts, should have gone to Merrick Garland. Gorsuch is a passive-aggressive extremist who came out of the Federalist society pool. His demeanor is quiet but his actions aggressive, like voting against women’s autonomy, and being the only SCOTUS to refuse a (woman’s) request that he wear a mask on the bench during the pandemic. His seat-mate, Justice Sonia Sotomayor, is immunocompromised, having had diabetes since childhood. She responded to Gorsuch’s refusal by working remotely.
Clarence Thomas… what can I say that hasn’t been said? You may know him as the husband of Ginny Thomas, who was instrumental in the 1/6 attempt to overthrow the government. His ill fit for the court was uncovered back in 1991, when attorney Anita Hill testified against then nominee Clarence Thomas. He had sexually harassed her when he was chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and she worked as an adviser to him.

Thomas was among the members of the SCOTUS who gave George W Bush the presidential win, despite his popular vote loss to Al Gore. Imagine how that alone changed the trajectory of the world.

Justice John Roberts did not vote with his colleagues. His feigned neutrality is due to his leadership position. Do not mistake his position.

- The SCOTUS was founded in 1787 with six justices. The United States population was 3.9 million.
- In 2022 we have nine justices and a population of 335 million.

That said, I do not understand how, despite being a charter member, the United States can avoid abiding by United Nations guidelines. United Nations lists forced birth as a crime against humanity. “UN Human Rights Committee Asserts that Access to Abortion and Prevention of Maternal Mortality are Human Rights.”

Making abortion illegal will not stop women from getting abortions. Women will resort to back alley procedures that will result in death. Abortion is also a procedure used to remove a dead fetus after miscarriage. That will be investigated as a possible murder. Birth control is under attack as well. No IUDs, no morning after pill (before the zygote is even formed,) no exceptions for any reason. It seems the 30% of our population that controls this “democratic” government wants to thin out the female voting pool by turning us all into felons.

I strongly suspicion that the Federalist Society actually wants to dismantle international organizations. I continue to be concerned that the issue isn’t abortion. It is giving the decision making right to government. Even the federal laws being proposed will confirm that right. The thing about RvW is that it gave the decision to the people. They want to do a pogrom. They are urgent. The last census, even after moves to minimize counting of minorities showed that whates are no longer a majority. That is where they are heading. Mark my words.
