Since this Trump nightmare began three-plus years ago, Republicans have taught the public a lot about the inner workings of government lies. Their method of education has been asininity. They’ve inadvertently emailed democrats their playbook twice, emails containing talking points, what they should tell the press relating to whatever crisis their bungling leader has created. If they all repeat the same lie it is more likely to stick.
We know this because democrats made the emails public.
September 20, 2019, the talking points were focused on excuses for the Ukraine debacle that resulted in Trump’s impeachment. You’ve heard every line by now.
Two months later, democrats received an e-mail containing the Texas GOP’s 2020 campaign strategy. (yawn)
Today the Republican Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, from Kentucky has revealed the spin on Trump’s colossal failure with the COVID19 pandemic.
“Trump was so distracted by impeachment he couldn’t focus on Corona!”
