Jack Smith addressed the top-secret documents Trump removed and hid throughout Mar-a-Lago—in a bathroom, a ballroom, a storage room, and elsewhere—and Trump’s repeated refusal to return them. He made clear that Judge Aileen Cannon has barred him from publicly discussing key details.
What remains unsaid is the most damning part. Smith’s testimony suggests he knows what Trump was doing with those documents and could prove it in court. Cannon may have delayed the truth, but she hasn’t buried it. The remaining question is chilling: did Trump sell classified information to our adversaries. Donald Trump, at least, belongs in a federal prison.

I watched/listened to this throughout the day. Jack Smith was calm, engaging and professional. Such an obvious difference when you consider Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Linda McMahon. Strikingly different. I really hope more people pay attention to this and watch it. Thanks for this, Lydia.
