E. Jean Carroll has rallied a win
Charges for Trump’s wrath
Let me do the math
$83 mil, much to his chagrin.

How it started:

Loser!

In October 2022, E. Jean Carroll filed a defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump, after he denied her accusation of a 90s sexual assault that took place in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room, and for claiming she fabricated the story for financial gain.


“She’s not my type.” He proclaimed to prove his innocence.
Then he was handed a picture of himself standing next to his accuser around the time of the assault. When asked who the woman was in the photo, he said that’s my wife, Marla. Mmm… was Marla your type, jackass?

Anywho, Trump was declared GUILTY of both sexual assault and defamation and E. JEAN Carroll was awarded … ready … $5 million in that earlier trial. Oh, snap.


But Trump can’t keep his hamberder intake valve in the closed position. After the sentencing, he went on an endless denigration and disparagement tour. Attacking the author more vehemently.

Winner!

How it’s going:

E. Jean Carroll announced she would sue again and sought an additional $10 million.

Ha, flipping, ha- she got far more.

Today

  • For the second time, a jury returned a verdict in favor of E. Jean Carroll, awarding her ADDITIONAL compensation:
  • $7.3 million in compensatory damages,
  • $11 million to repair her reputation, and
  • $65 million in punitive damages.
  • Total damages $83.3 million.

You go gurl!

*Judge Kaplan, to jurors: “My advice to you is that you never disclose that you were on this jury.”

  5. This looks like a gigantic pivot point in the history of humankind. Your journalism, Lydia, is classic (!) in its coverage of the event. Has the defendant lately had anything more to say about this ~ this historical judgement? I believe not…

    1. I’d say they’re a hate group who pretend to pray to a straight white American Jesus. Anyone who doesn’t fit in that category, including women, is out of luck.
      The foot soldiers have no idea they’re manipulated by a small group of rich men.
      Everyone must vote. The 33% who sat out in 2020 need to wake up. 3rd party spoilers are funded by republicans.
