Trump’s Re-election War

Remember life before tRump?

Wag the Dog

‘Wag the dog’ is a much-used expression of late. I didn’t know what it meant, so I checked. For anyone else who doesn’t know the reference I’ll tell you what I learned. There is an expression:

“A dog is smarter than its tail, but if the tail were smarter, then the tail would wag the dog.”

Yeah, I don’t get it, but ‘Wag the Dog’ was a 1997 film about a politician whose staff create a fake war on his behalf to purposely divert attention from his misdeeds.

If only this was fake.

This is how squatter-45’s 2020 is going:

Federal Judge J. Paul Oetken, from the Southern District of New York, has ruled that Giuliani’s indicted associate Lev Parnas may present the House Judiciary Committee with documents that are said to directly implicate Trump in the Ukrainian aid scheme.

Additionally, unredacted emails show that tRump ignored warnings by the Pentagon that withholding aid was illegal and in fact would compromise the ability to send the full funds to Ukraine. This was covered-up by Mick Mulvaney.

Formerly withheld and redacted documents from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report have been made public. BuzzFeed requested all documents pertaining to tRump using the freedom information act. This is the third set of documents that are being released 500 pages at a time, once a month.

*Spoiler Alert*

The documents make clear that Attorney General Barr heavily redacted the report for the purpose of hiding Trump’s guilt. Barr only redacted the parts that made tRump look bad.

StableG ordered the killing of Qassem Soleimani, one of Iran’s top military leaders. Despite White House spin, images of crowds who took to the streets of Baghdad are not a depiction of Iranians celebrating America’s actions. They are angry and swearing “terrible revenge on America.”

Iran considers this war. tRump did what he repeatedly accused President Obama of doing. (see above tweets)

Mike Pence blames Iran for 9/11 attacks — but the official commission found the opposite

Pence is rewriting history on behalf of tRump, blaming Iran for 9/11. This should be funny, but because there are so many people who believe the claims of this administration , it’s infuriating.

3,000 U.S. troops have been deployed to the Middle East to join the 650 who are already there, as a result of tRump’s action, and none of them are relatives of: tRump, Pence, Pompeo, Barr…

Each one of those 3,650 troops is someone’s child.

Although big tRump did not meet the Democratic leaders of Congress, as he is required to, before the targeted attack, Eric Trump, (the dumber one) who does not have security clearance, or a hold any kind of government job, tweeted (now deleted) “Bout to open a big can of whoop ass.” I’ll spell it out:

Eric Trump knew tRump had ordered a drone attack before the Democratic leaders in Congress knew.

Contrary to orange-Hitler’s goal: although Joe Biden was not at the top of my list my to be POTUS-46, tRump’s actions this week have given Joe Biden my vote. His experience in foreign relations surpasses that of other candidates, and tRump has made that qualification this election’s top priority.

      1. I do the same with mine. They vote absentee from school. And now I’m wondering if their voters were counted.
When we take back the government, election reform needs to be at the top of the list, every vote having equal weight, end gerrymandering, and end voter registration purging. We have to make cheating harder for the GOP.

      2. Totally agree.
Regarding votes: young people made a last minute major difference in the mid-term elections here in Seattle last fall. While I didn’t agree with some of the way things went (there was one city council member who is a real problem), I was TOTALLY thrilled that so many voted in a blah election. It gives me hope.
