While we were asleep, Republicans slashed $2 TRILLION in services, including Medicare, Medicaid, the ACA, and prescription drug coverage. It was after hours when they managed to do this, without any Democratic votes.
They seem to think this won’t matter in November because the cuts are scheduled to take effect after the midterms. They’re counting on people not paying attention. Prove them wrong!
These decisions can be reversed by electing a Democratic House and Senate.

WHAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE:
- Our elected representatives didn’t offer to give up their all-inclusive benefits package with comprehensive healthcare and a pension they can collect at age 62.
- Why not consider taxing billionaires and their corporations?
- What if we cut the billions in U.S. aid we send to Israel each year. (Israel provides universal healthcare to its citizens.)
- They didn’t consider cutting their war budget and ending Trump’s pointless attacks on Iran.
