Five Days Until April 20

We still had a president who believed the constitution provided three equal branches of government when the Supreme Court set us up. They said the president was above the law. I knew they had done that to exonerate Trump from his 39 felony convictions. Still, I had hoped President Biden would have used that ruling to save us from the 224-pound jackass. (The doctor was only weighing his ass.)

How is it they didn’t realize they gave away their own power with that ruling?

Donald is an unchecked bully who has defied rule his entire miserable life. Now, the only authority left to stop him is the Supreme Court and Hair Donald, man-boobs puffed out in defiance, taunts them, ‘what are you going to do about it?’

In 2019, an immigration judge ruled Abrego Garcia could not be deported to El Salvador because a gang in his native country had been “targeting him and threatening him with death because of his family’s pupusa business.

Abrego Garcia was in the United States legally when he was picked up by ICE and sent to El Salvador along with over 200 others.
The Fourteenth Amendment is a fundamental legal principle that ensures fairness in civil and criminal matters. It’s a core guarantee of the U.S. Constitution that spells out: we can deprive no person of “life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” None of those arrested by ice were treated within the boundaries of the legislation.

An attorney for Garcia took this unconstitutional act to court, and the judge ruled that Abrego must be returned. Trump spoke to reporters, saying he was only required to follow rulings by the Supreme Court. The other courts could not tell him what to do. That’s not how it works, but he doesn’t have the mental acuity to read the constitution, even on audiobook, it would be beyond his comprehension.

THE SCOTUS RULED UNANIMOUSLY AGAINST TRUMP

The Supreme Court told him what to do. They ruled Trump must bring Abrego Garcia back to the U.S.

Trump still said no. He went farther, inviting the President of El Salvador to the White House yesterday, and they laughed at the idea of returning a prisoner. Trump then threatened to illegally deport U.S. citizens.

Whatcha Gonna Do?

The Supreme Court set the stage to absolve Trump of his past crimes. They must have known he would take the ruling as a pass for future atrocities. If they allow Donald Trump to get away with this last push against the law, our democracy will be over, we will no longer be a republic.

TWO DATES FOR YOUR CALENDARS

A nationwide Anti-Trump Protest is planned for April 19. Over 3 million participants have already pledged to take part.

April 20 – is Adolf Hitler’s birthday. On Inauguration Day, Trump signed an executive order declaring April 20 will be considered a national emergency at the southern border. The document mentions the possibility of using the Insurrection Act as part of efforts to gain ‘complete operational control of the southern border’.

MAGA expects Martial law to begin on 20 April, replacing civilian government by military rule and suspending civilian proper processes for military powers.
ICE has already done so, sending unnamed masked men to force individuals into unmarked vans off the streets.

Supreme Court Chief John Roberts (a coward) holds the last card. How will he respond to Trump’s refusal to accept the SCOTUS ruling? This is the end of the American experiment if he remains silent.

Are there sufficient House Members to move to impeach? We require three Republicans with spines and a unified Democratic base. And are there ample Senators to convict him? We need a two-thirds vote, so no.

This is it, people. There will be no more elections if something doesn’t change in the next five days.

If you didn’t see this coming, and voted for Trump because your eggs were expensive, I wonder, do you have remorse? How do those eggs, twice the cost today, taste?

  1. How this guy gets away with everything is beyond me.

Harvard might be taking a hit, but kudos to them for standing up for themselves. I wish everyone else would take notice and do the same.
