The Justice Train is Back on Track

In a unanimous decision, a three-judge panel with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has spoken.

Donald J(ackass) Trump does not have presidential immunity. Yes, he can be prosecuted for the attempted coup of 01/06/2021, his attempt to void the results of the 2020 US election.

Judge Tanya Chutkan may now reschedule the trial against the instigator of 1/6. It had been paused awaiting this decision. Special Counsel Jack Smith may carry on.
