As the New York jury deliberate,

We, jilted by justice, desperately wait 

All the world can see he poses a threat

‘Guilty as charged’ in society’s debt

Deplorables remain blind to each flaw

Propaganda makes him immune to law?

Strategic delays, unveiled threats, deceit

Gag orders imposed ignored, rinse repeat

Let’s presume the jury is brave, fearless

They will convict Trump. His cries dry, tearless

Will his sentence be reduced,rejected

Or uniform with the less connected
