Fulton County DA, Fani Willis, has announced that she will begin presenting her case, against Mr. Trump, to a grand jury on Monday, August 14. Yes, ttomorrow.

If all goes as it should, it is possible she will indict Mister as early as Tuesday. She has so much proof, I can’t even… example: recorded perfect phone calls made by Mister and Lindsey Graham, emails and texts connecting Trump’s legal unit to a voting system breach in Coffee County.

“Willis is expected to seek charges against more than a dozen individuals when her team presents its case.”

He’s not going down alone.

Come on, you say, Jack Smith is already kicking Mr.Trump’s *jacksy; is n’t this overkill. No. It’s more like insurance.

How so? I’m glad you asked. If at any time in the future, the bowels of Hell rise and open, excreting a Republican President, that POTUS could pardon Trump… but only for his federal crimes.

Each state’s pardon laws vary. If Mister Trump is convicted in any state, those crimes can not be pardoned by any president. In some states a governor is the go to person for a pardon. Not so in Georgia. A Governor there has no pardon power.

Yes, he could be pardoned there, but only by . . . an independent parole board.

Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles has unusual stipulations:

“You must have completed all sentence(s) at least five 5 years prior to applying [for a pardon] and have lived a law-abiding life since the completion of your sentence(s). You can have no pending charges against you.”

Hehehe, he is disqualified.

• Cameras are almost always allowed in Fulton County courtrooms.
