A lot from Lydia 
When my cancer was active, I got so annoyed at being asked “How ARE you?” that I finally started saying “I’ve got cancer, how are YOU?” I think they rethought their approach.

Some people have no boundaries, and really don’t think before they speak. I should have added “when are you due?” A stranger asked me that once when I was wearing a baggy top.
