“It’s ‘Unsustainable’—Tesla CEO Elon Musk Issues Serious U.S. ‘Bankruptcy’ Warning”
I need to stop here and interject some knowledge gained through experience. Corporate bankruptcy differs from personal bankruptcy, which can only happen if you deplete all your funds and are without property that can be seized. Mortgaged or not, if you have a house, you lose it.
What I experienced first hand was corporate bankruptcy. (I was a cog.) These businesses often have billions in assets and can still file. Their money is protected, which is why for them, bankruptcy is a business strategy. They enjoy two types: Chapter-7 liquidates the company’s resources, while Chapter-11 allows the corporation to continue to operate under a reorganization plan.
Reorganization means they can bust unions, take pensions and promises, cut staffing, those who had the seniority to keep their job, work more for less, force vendors and other contractors to accept lower payment than negotiated, or none. Bankruptcy renders contracts meaningless.
Oh, how I wish the government were an etch-a-sketch. [sobs uncontrollably for several seconds] Those who practice corporate bankruptcy as a business option treat employees as tools for them to use as needed. They lack empathy, required to see humanity in those they destroy.
Donald Trump had filed Corporate Bankruptcy six times before running for office in 2016. He had 3,500 lawsuits pending against him from employees and vendors who never got paid. I guess he taught Elon a thing or two.
Corporations aren’t concerned with your feelings. Loyalty doesn’t pay. Here are a couple of well-worn quotes that hold truth: “The rich cannot enjoy a meal unless they know someone else is hungry.” And “We cannot feed the poor because we can never satisfy the rich. Nothing is never enough for them.” Off the top of my head, I couldn’t tell you who penned those gems first, but you are welcome to Google them.
Most jobs these days are thankless, so I’ll shut up and move on.
Back to fElon Musk, who said that ‘if Trump doesn’t win, I’m fucked.’ I’m going to guess that his two years of correspondence with Putin, our enemy, were spent strategizing. To arrange work with the Russian oil company, Rosneft, sanctioned by our country, when he is under contract with our government, doesn’t seem legal. Despite that risk, Elon Musk seems to have made a deal with the devil.
Tesla to Musk meant free money, climate sustainability subsidies we paid him to create electric vehicles which he turned around and sold back to us at prices… out of my price range. But, he’s moving on because Tesla’s profit value pales compared to Rosneft Oil Company. This guy knows how to work the system, like Trump.
Through Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, Musk, has bought a position in our government—the same one that gifted him billions in taxpayer funded subsidies. He’s a shadow president, sitting in on meetings and phone calls as if he had been elected. It’s no wonder American voters are so confused. You voted for Trump; you elected a South African billionaire.
Electric cars may be green, but Russian oil is gold. And Musk, it seems, is going for gold. His two-year relationship with Putin wasn’t for nothing.
Musk is contemplating bankruptcy. He wasn’t working to improve Tesla these last two years. He spent that time on Twitter, purchased with money procured from a Russian oligarch linked to Putin to spread pro-MAGA propaganda, featuring AI videos spliced by nerds. How could he have time to keep Tesla profitable?
The whole “Starlink had access to our ballots” is ridiculous, because you do not need internet service hooked up to voting machines.
So, why were election workers in swing states complementing the speed with which voting was tabulated, “thanks to starlink?” Flock if I know.

I’m reading “Fire and Fury” now. Not 25 pages in and everyone, I mean EVERYONE, knows Trump is an idiot. I mean an absolute idiot. Anyone can be President? Obviously. No experience required.

Also, I’m afraid for Adam Schiff. The first impeachment should have ended Trump’s career. I think Trump will retaliate. I hope I’m wrong and that he has security.
