*UPDATED* Georgia is Up Again

Since I’ve cleared the ten-year hurdle and can now confidently box myself into the “blogger” corner, I’ve decided to mix things up by opening each post with an original quote that will set the tone for the information to proceed. These quotes are not my own… because I say so. This is only a test.

It is always darkest before the dawn, whether or not daylight savings time has occurred.” ~ Anonymous

This is a big dog with no self awareness.

Judge Scott McAfee’s inexperience, which resulted in voyeuristic intrusion and lost time that benefited Mr. Trump, has concluded. In a 23-page ruling, he has decided there is insufficient evidence of impropriety by Fulton County DA Fani Willis. Trump’s RICO trial may resume. The only stipulation is that either DA Fani Willis and her entire office or her former boyfriend and current Special Assistant District Attorney, Nathan Wade, must step down. See ya, Nate, and welcome to the treatment usually predisposed to women.

Moving on:

Is it just me or is it offensive that a woman’s private life can have career ending consequences, despite it not affecting her ability to do her job? Meanwhile, a lifetime criminal and a threat to world democracy has had more… oh forget it.

*UPDATE* Unfortunately there is more to this story.

Fulton County DA Fani Willis was given the go ahead by the judge to resume her RICO against Trump for his attempt to bully officials into changing the outcome of the 2020 election. The only stipulation was that either she or the man she was seeing, Special Assistant District Attorney, Nathan Wade needed to step away from the case.

Sounds good, so let’s do it!

Not so fast. As with everything, Trump has another trick up his sleeve.

“Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed a law Wednesday that lets a state commission begin operating with powers to discipline and remove prosecutors, potentially disrupting Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ prosecution of former President Donald Trump.”

Meaning, Brian Kemp signed a law stripping power from the GA Supreme Court, and giving it to himself. He is now authorized to remove prosecutors like Willis. Why would he do this now? The only reason is his intention to interfere with the investigation.

Donald Trump and other Republicans are now putting pressure on Georgia Governor Brian Kemp to fire Fani Willis. Kemp could fire Wade as well.
