When my son was in kindergarten he got paint on his shirt, and his teacher asked him if I would be angry because it was a permanent stain. He said:” “No, she’ll just tie dye it.”
That’s all the lemonade I’ll be extracting from my life’s lemons. I enjoy occasionally wallowing in my misery. I relish lifes raw deals. I’m not being pessimistic, I’m being realistic. My life isn’t perfect, and If it weren’t for the bad days how would I recognize the good one—good ones?
In conclusion, I won’t be making a decoupage necklace out of my discarded appendix, or a wind chime out of my old garbage disposal. I’ll complain and move on. I will however keep tie dying stained shirts.
