Virtue in truth is overrated
Discern the pleasure when it’s stated
By those who chose
To share the news
Their motive isn’t complicated

Disclosure lends importance to the bearer
In defiance of how it harms the hearer
A satisfied grin
Declares a win
Pride justified in cause by writ of error

A guise of concern for your soul tempts you to reveal
Misdeeds of neighbors conscience won’t allow you to shield
Confess not for others
Your sins- not your brothers
A gossip mongers ignobility is never concealed
