I have been nominated for this Award by the fabulous: 4 year old adult. Thank you!
As a special gift to you the reader, I’ve decided to do this like the nerd show “Jeopardy” and answer first, then you try to guess the questions. But wait, there’s more… As an added bonus I’ve decided to challenge your intellect even more, (because I know how thinky my readers are)- The answers are not in order and… there is one more answer than there are questions.
The answers are:
A) Oh there are so many I love, how can I choose! (any guesses? Okay, I’ll expound.) I love a good chick flick. I think I’ve just about worn out my DVD set of the Colin Firth Version of “Pride and Prejudice”, but technically that’s a mini series, as is “Outlander”, so I’ll have to say “Young Frankenstein”. Not a chick flick you say? Meh. (I had to make the first one easy.)
B) With the exception of my clown shoes, my world is black.
C) There is a fine line between: pleasure and despair, ecstasy and torture, rapture and a death wish. A bite of triple chocolate cheese cake, for me is the peak, the zenith, the climax of an existence that has been mine for half a century + 2. If that cake were any better it would cross over the line of ecstasy and martyrize me.
D) Wake me up so I can see the sunrise. It’s more optimistic going up than down.
E) In my mind, I sing like Mama Cass. Let’s leave it at that.
F) Logophile- I love words, and I get no attention at home.
G) Holding her hand, my mum and I took the EL to the heart of the city and then walked over to the Chicago Theater to watch the movie “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”. It was just me and mum, because my big sister was at school. (Hehe, don’t tell her.) I was four.
H) Historic fiction is a favorite, and I suppose that comes close to both, but the real world isn’t as pretty as the non-fiction version.
The questions are:
You must be bored by now, so let’s get on with it.
