ISCREAM Du Jour

An ice cream flavor made for me
Would surely be propitious.

Dark chocolate chunks and coffee beans
What could be more delicious?

Red wine, fine cheese,
sushi, oysters, salmon.
Mix them all together.

Add a pinch of
ironic bitterness and
a complaint about the weather.

It’s oh so good my flavor,
on a waffle cone.

Don’t get too excited,
it’s to be eaten all alone.
